For too long drama and Theatre have been misunderstood by many societies in the Third World. I’m Nimish Mehra and I’ve created this blog to remind everyone the true purpose of drama: To educate. To inspire. To act upon. It isn’t an entertainment for the rich but a medium for the poor or the repressed to speak louder than words ever could. It’s about getting up and taking a stand on the matters that affect us personally or externally.For me drama has been a tool: an art form given to me in order for me to pass it on. I say it’s time to take a stand and shout out what we stand for. I say it’s time we redefined drama.
